About Us
Betting Not On Gamstop is an independent research site for adults in Great Britain and the wider UK who want to understand betting sites not on GamStop before they decide anything. We review the offers, explain the terms and point out the restrictions and risks. This page covers who we are, how we work, how we are paid and where our knowledge stops.
What we do and who it is for
Our guides cover the practical questions punters ask about non GamStop bookies: how welcome bonuses and free bets work, what wagering requirements mean, which payment methods are offered, how withdrawals and identity checks work, and which sports markets and bet types are available. Our current focus is crypto betting sites, so we pay particular attention to cryptocurrency payments, currency conversion and the way sportsbook and casino wallets are shared.
We assume you are 18 or over. We do not assume you already understand licensing, wagering or withdrawal rules, so we explain them without jargon. We do not tell you what to do, and we do not present gambling as a way to make an income or fix money problems.
Commercial disclosure
We may earn a commission if you sign up to an operator through a link on this site. That is how the site is funded. Commission does not buy position: it does not decide a ranking, a rating or what we say about a bookmaker's weaknesses. Operators cannot pay for a better write-up. The ranked cards on our pages carry editorial ratings, which are our own assessments. They are not customer-review scores.
How we research betting sites
We have not placed bets, deposited or withdrawn money on the sites we cover, and we do not claim to have done so. Our work is desk research: reading each operator's published terms, bonus rules, payment pages and licensing statements, and comparing them against each other. We use the following factors.
- Bonus terms: wagering requirements, minimum qualifying odds, maximum bet and cashout limits, expiry dates and which sports or payment methods count towards the requirement.
- Payments: which methods the operator says it accepts, whether GBP accounts are offered, any fees or currency conversion, and stated withdrawal limits and processing times.
- Verification: what the operator says about KYC, identity and source-of-funds checks, which commonly apply before withdrawals.
- Markets and features: football, horse racing, tennis, golf, darts, snooker, esports and more; bet builders, in-play betting, cash-out and a mobile site or app.
- Support and complaints: the contact channels listed and the complaints procedure described.
- Licensing: which licence an operator states, and whether it is verifiable with the issuing body.
We separate three kinds of information: what we have confirmed from official sources, what is bookmaker advertising, and what remains unresolved. Time-sensitive details, such as bonus amounts, were last checked on 1 October 2026. Offers change often, so confirm the current terms with the operator before you act.
A note on the offers you see
The operators on our lists include Tenobet, Trixino, Betninja, CoinPoker, smash, BetBluff, Emberbet, Rolletto, 7abet and Spartaza. Their headline offers are quoted in a mix of currencies, including euros, dollars and pounds sterling. If you hold a GBP account, currency conversion may apply, and the value of a bonus can differ from the figure advertised.
Some headline offers are large percentage matches. These usually come with wagering requirements, and sometimes with caps on stakes or winnings. A big headline figure is not a sign of better value. A smaller offer with clear, low-requirement terms can be worth more.
What not on GamStop means in Great Britain
GAMSTOP is the free national self-exclusion scheme. Every operator licensed by the UK Gambling Commission must take part in it. A site that is not on GamStop is generally licensed elsewhere, under an overseas gambling licence. Such operators are not regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, so UK protections, including GAMSTOP exclusion and the complaints routes that go with a UKGC licence, may not apply. Accepting British customers is not the same as being authorised to serve them. Disputes over withdrawals or bonuses can be harder to resolve with an overseas operator.
We explain this because it matters. We do not call any betting site completely safe, and we cannot guarantee withdrawals or winnings.
If you have self-excluded
If you registered with GAMSTOP to take a break, using a site outside the scheme can undermine that decision. If that sounds familiar, our responsible gambling page sets out the tools available, including deposit and loss limits, self-exclusion, gambling blocking software and support from GamCare. GamCare runs the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133.
